Job Title: CEX Retail Sales Assistant (Catterick)

We are currently seeking a Part-time (4 Hour Contract) Retail Sales Assistant for our Catterick store. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and interaction with customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to all customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Assisting customers with their purchases, including providing advice on products and pricing information.
• Handling cash transactions, managing payment transactions, and ensuring till accuracy.
• Processing customer orders, ensuring they are delivered and dispatched on time.
• Maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards to ensure an inviting and engaging environment.
